Ginger Powder / Ginger true?

Really does ginger powder work good for ich? I read many threads and answers claiming yes and some claim worst idea ever etc. i am not affected by ich yet but i had a time where nothing worked (polyplab reefmedic) and i didnt have a QT tank also. So im eager to know if ginger is a real game changer or not?

HA, if there was a reef safe ich treatment out there it would be for sale by now.

If you dont want to QT, Turn your heat up, feed them more and cross your fingers.
