I started a frag tank and never thought to have a frag tank thread but here we go.

Tank is a rimless 24x18x10 with an external overflow, two drains and two returns

I plan to stick my current 20g QT tank under this to make more space under the main tank.

This tank will drain into the DT sump, however I'm thinking to design it in such a way to run the QT tank as a sump if needed in case of treating for something and have that separation in between the two.

Currently I am using a DOS for AWC and BRS dosers for Alk/Ca dosing and a Tunze ATO which makes the setup easier as this tank won't need its own separate ATO/AWC/dosing unless I separate the frag tank for QT purposes.

For light on this tank I have a 4 bulb ATI fixture and I will attach a 12" stunner strip to the back to get that nice pop for sunset/sunrise

A bit of a update, got some frag racks :)
The tank holds 3, however I ordered 4, I have four different height of feet (fir different coral placement if needed) and one of the frag racks will be used in the qt frag tank and for easy cleanup... i can swap any rack at any time for cleaning purposes and I will not be pressed by time.

I've got my 2x4's cut and will start on a stand tonight... hopefully i can have it done in a couple of days as I'd like to finish the plumbing and get this tank going.
