Purchased a Chalice from him last week and lost it on the ride home when my cooler tipped during my 2 hour commute(eventually found the piece hiding in my spare compartment). Gitsoe PM'd me the following week to ask how it's doing and I explained what had happened. He offered to frag me another piece and met me half way to hand me a replacement!
