Give me tips on Saltwater tanks!

I would probably lean towards 1 singular reef led bar like orphek or quantareefpro in the begining as it will light the whole tank and keep softies. Later you can either add more reef bars or add other light fixtures like kessil or radion, etc to add controllability or more shimmer to the tank as well as increase the par (light output useable by corals) in the whole tank

Yes I’ll be getting clownfish to host anemone. Should I get clownfish first or coral first or both at the same time? I’ve considered on getting clown fish because I’ve heard they’re hardy fish and good first fish to add.

Fish first. Coral needs a well established and stable tank to survive.
I will add that clowns can be very aggressive in small tanks.

Just started my saltwater Journey! I made my own RODI Saltwater. I added live sand and Saltwater, I do not have any live rock in there yet I will go get some Tomorrow. My 20 gallon long tank is currently cycling and it’s been cycling for 4 hours right now. I will show you guys a picture of my setup once it starts to become clear. After getting live rocks, when can I put one Clownfish? Should I add Turbo Start? Help me out please!

Live rock will have all the bacteria you need for cycling, but even so I’d wait at least 3 weeks before getting fish just to be safe.
Hardy inverts like hermits and an emerald crab can go in once you start seeing algae.

Looks good - lots of good space. One thing I’d recommend is some small rocks on the perimeter to isolate the faster spreading corals.

I’d test multiple times a week in the cycle to make sure ammonia goes down and turns to nitrite and then nitrate.

I have a 20 gallon Long tank. I haven’t setup my Saltwater tank yet. What are the requirements for a beginner Saltwater tank? Like what lights are perfect for my tank?

Do a lot of reading here, and look at the BRS TV clips on Youtube.

Did I mention this is an expensive hobby, be prepared.
