I did about 10% of water change every once a week. I am running rowa phos, calcium reactor by aquabee, skimmer by vertech, kalkwasser stirrer by grotech, dosing grotech a,b,c,m,p,n everyday. I also use algae scrubber by santa monica to rid of nuisance hair algae. Do i need zeo vit as well? I was told that zeo vit would only remove the sea's smell.

Sorry i forgot to mention that i am using giesemann metal halide 3x250w. My aquarium is 250cm x 70cm x 90cm. All fishes and corals are taken from our beautiful indonesian's sea.

Why do you think you need to, I would caution against changing over as if the change over process it not performed exactly will cause issues.

No need for a zeovit methodology. Your setup is fine tuned, don't touch it.

...could be the skimmate in the cup adding to the smell problem, skimmate on a well established system can smell as bad as a sewer system or worse!

I played a nasty little joke on my sister-in-law with a little skimmate and she hasn't been back since !
