Glamorca Gyre Pump Issue

It looks like my Glamorca Gyre (IceCap gyre clone) stopped working after a cleaning on the weekend. The motor block simply "twitches" the spinning cages and never goes into a full rotation. I've replaced the bushings and spacers, but no luck. Any further suggestions that I could try? I have a feeling I'm going to have an issue with getting warrenty for this product as I can't even find contact info for this "Glamorca" gyre.

Pics of how you reassembled it? It took me a few tries rebuilding my gyres to get them working correctly - they are very sensitive to how deep the bushings are set on the shafts.
