Glass algae help

I have had no problems with glass algae before in my Biocube but I went rimless and added a Red Sea 50. Now i have tons of glass algae. Is there a simple fix to getting rid of this stuff?

Ok thanks. Will I kill any copepods on the glass if I use the magnet cleaner?

Probably a couple, some will just fly off into the water and go on a ride
