Glass Anemone Help

Evening all,

Put the last piece of liverock in the other day and have noticed that it has bought a glass anemone with it. We are thinking about getting a peppermint shrimp or two to try and deal with it or is the best plan to just pull the rock out and dip it it RO water or something?

Jason it's just one? If it's just the one I would pull the piece of rock and then get a razor blade and scrap it off with some of the rock under it to make sure you got it all.
