There are hundreds of them in my biocube sump chambers

I'm not seeing anything that resembles an anemone. Just sponges and maybe hydroids.

I know I have 1 in the sump that I can see but not take a picture..... if these are sponges then I’m golden. I was not sure if this was a juvenile anenome

+1 on not annenomes. Not so sure on sponges.

Those are pineapple sponges. They're fairly common in new tanks and in dark spaces. They'll typically peak within the first year or two and then they kinda just disappear with the exception of a few here and there,
