Sounds stupid. But I have a glass holes 1500 overflow and return kit. I had it installed for 4 years and recently broke down my reef to move. I want to replace the gaskets as I’m putting it back together but I don’t remember what size bulkheads it used for both the return and the overflow or if I should get ABS gaskets or schedule 80 gaskets. Anyone have the kit that remembers the sizes? I think it’s 1 1/2” for the overflows and 3/4” for the returns

Here’s a size chart that may help.

You are in need of a bulkhead/gaskets that fit a 2 5/8 inch hole. That bulkhead fits 1 1/2 inch pipe.

I never did the drilled returns....actually weren't available from GH back in the day. I went over the top. If I were to guess, I'd say to fit 3/4 pipe.
