I was just cleaning my glass and was just wondering if anyone polishes their glass or not I don’t but curious if it would make a difference

I wipe outside with water and vinegar mix. I polished my acrylic but not glass

Do you wipe out side of glass with mix because the risk of chemicals? I use a glass cleaner and spray a rag in a different room

What vetteguy53081 is recommending will prevent ammonia poisoning possible with glass cleaners. It does not take much to kill a tank. Oops dropped my rag in the water and now the fish are in trouble. He is giving great advice!

@Lowell Lemon wow honestly didn’t even think of the consequences of a little slip ha might be time to switch! Now with my tank getting more populated

I super cleaned the glass, put RainX on a paper towel, in another room. Applied three coats, to the outside. Glass is a breeze to clean. I’ve been tempted to do the glass tops, on the outside.

Never polished a glass tank. I have the equipment but we use it for granite and quartz. I would be afraid to try it on glass unless it was between that and junking the tank!
