#reefsquad, I'm getting so many different opinions on the size glass I should use for my DT. The DT is going to be 60" long, 24" wide, and 27" high. I DO NOT want to use euro bracing. Some say 3/4" front and back and 5/8" for the sides, others say 5/8" all the way around.

Why not just do 3/4 all around? Added security if you're not going to eurobrace :)

You left out the most important part...is it going to have an upper rim or be rimless. If truly rimless you usually need to add 1-2 sizes to the thickness.

I would go 3/4 all the way around. First for safety and second for the uniformity look.
If I was going to build it I prob would go 1" (bullet proof)
