Hi everyone,

I just bought some more corals for my tank and they have all been mostly on my sand bed, but I am currently looking to start building them up on the rocks I have around my tank. I have some good places for them! Just want to get an idea what is a good glue to put in my tank that will cure quickly and not effect my tank! Thanks for the feedback!

Hi @Dcole12. So I use IC-GEL Insta Glue and Two Little Fishes AquaStick epoxy. I've really become a fan of using the "glue-putty-glue" method where you glue a small ball of epoxy to the frag, and then put some glue on the "end" of the epoxy ball to help secure it to the rocks work. The glue holds things together quickly and the epoxy takes the shape of the rocks.

I know others use Gorilla Glue and such, and I'm sure you'll get different suggestions. One other thing, I turn off my skimmer for about an hour after securing frags.

LOCTITE super glue gel & JB WaterWeld epoxy. Whether you use them together or apart they seem to get the job done IME. GL.

Thanks for the feed back! I have an order of 8 corals coming in Tuesday! So just want to make sure I secure the corals into place! Thank you @cloak and @mike550

Everything below was glued with Gorilla Glue Gel a few years ago now.
