Used both of these before for attaching frags to plugs and works great out of water .
I tried the coralline colour epoxy .
but to be honest ...
it’s garbage.
Doesn’t stick most times .

This isn’t a red cap. It’s not the same.

This one, by FAR!
I don’t think the dollar stores here in Canada sell this exact one .
but I’ll look .....

I know they have the regular super glue ( red lid ) and that’s what I’ve always bought .
I have used ic- glue before but it’s got very expensive and harder to find

On SPS/LPS, consider an epoxy sandwich with super glue gel bread slices.

If mounting a frag on your rockwork, with frag out of water put a:

Dab of super glue gel (any super glue gel) on the frag

Then

Ball of epoxy (TLF/water weld etc) on the super glue dab

Then dab of Super glue gel on the ball of epoxy

Place frag down on rock work in one fluid motion (do no twist, slide or try to reposition).

If mounting on a frag plug start the sandwich on the plug and press the frag into the sandwich.hth

For me, this is the best way to mount sps frags without having frag plugs on the rock work. Just like how stephj03 explained.
Dollar tree super glue gel and 2 little fishes aqua stix epoxy to work best. I have tried a few other brand epoxys but some are just too hard and won't adhere to the rock under water.

yes, the RMF acid trip is a fast grower for me. Since posting that shot. It has probably double in size right now. Not all acros grow this fast for me. I have a few that hasn't grown at all.
