Gluing coral frags to polycarbonate bare bottom

What material should I use to glue lepto frags to a bare bottom tank? The bottom is made of polycarbonate board - not glass. I just want to keep them in place - not blow around the tank due to the flow. I also do not want to damage the bottom of the tank in case I need to remove them in the future.
