Gluing Dry Rock

Need recommendations on best way to glue dry rock. I keep reading and it seems epoxy is the preferred method. What brands does the group feel do a good job and are safe.

instant ocean epoxy always worked fine for me helps to also put acrylic rods in them for real long term strength

E Marco 400 hydraulic cement. I've tried everything and this stuff is the best.
