Gluing submerged rock

Any tips for this?

I have a month old 120 with a few fish and a few snails and the install was just a raw stack with no glue

I'd like to glue the stack to get some security - but I'm seeing mixed reviews on the ability to use any certain brand of super glue to glue submerged rock

The 2 part putty would probably be what I'd use for existing rock.
