hi all,

I think i might need to go dark for a few days due to stringy brown algea, its came on very fast.

I've got loads of coral and a bit concerned.

Acro 4 different types.

Candy cane that has just started recovering from
too much light.

4 types of goni.
Tourch and 2 hammers
Mushrooms
Duncan
Acans
Favia
Loads of zoas
Gsp
Monti, plating and encrusting
Leptoseris a few different ones
And an LPS that I have forgotten the name of.

Would I be better reducing light by half or should I just go black?

Thanks

Post a pic. Could be dinos. When it’s identified, the folks will have a better idea what steps you should take.

I'm 90% certain its dinos. These photos are as white as I can possibly get my lights.
