Gobie swollen & bruised cheek

We picked up a Pink spotted goby from our LFS last weekend. Husband did the acclimating and all has been good with her until yesterday. She seemed to not be her usual self and then this morning I noticed her left cheek looks quite swollen, bruised, heavier breathing and our cleaner shrimp wants to clean her cheek all the time. Right side is not showing any symptoms. Any advice is appreciated.

The eye seems a bit cloudy as well? Is it still feeding? Could it have suffered an injury some how? What other fish are in with it? Being on just one side tends to rule out many infectious diseases, since those would tend to grow on both sides of the fish.

2 clowns, lawnmower blenny and the cleaner shrimp. No fighting between anyone that I have seen. The shrimp & lawnmower were picked up the same day and everyone is calm and happy. I did feed some larger frozen food, mega marine, on I want to say Wednesday maybe Thursday. I wonder if it was too large for her little mouth and caused an issue/blockage.

Unlikely to have been the food....rarely, you will see a blockage from a fish ingesting a rock, but not really with food items.
