goby bacterial infection?

I haven’t seen him come out of the rock to eat for three days, so I lift the live rock up and found him and a firefish with nipped fins, only those two other two gobies has nothing. Can someone identify if he has bacterial infection or can he recover on his own?

Not fin and tail rot but rather look like aggression. What other occupants are in the tank? Looks like bite pattern of a clownfish

There are a clown pair in there with a yellow watchman and Randall goby, the clown will bit my hand if I put it in there but I don’t see them going for other fish

That would have been my guess - the clowns.
To confirm its them, you can set your cell phone on video mode for 45 mins or so, drop some food and walk away. Come back and review video and you will likely be able to confirm.
