I did just move the tank home from college so could be be in shock maybe? Not sure how to fix that though

I counted 76 breaths in 1 min and he is sitting at the bottom of the tank orange spotted goby

sorry not sure why the video is not playing but it is 10 gallons and I have one other clown who seems completely fine
