Goby dying?

Help! Diamond spotted goby lying on side underneath a rock we normally don't see it in. All water parameters are fine and dandy. Tried feeding today and no change so far. Is it fair to worry? Or is this normal?

Managed to free it. It darted around and it's now lying upside down panting

Hopefully no significant Damage was done. Glad he’s out. What I would do is make sure the rocks are resting on the bottom of the tank glass and not resting on the sand as they are ARE diggers
