Goby ok?

My goby is usually in a PVC pipe and just stays there. ( see pictures)This morning I found him in the corner under the uv filter housing. Is he ok? Should I be worried? I tried to blow on him with a baster and he moved a little but did not take off. He does not have labored breathing. Have had him since March. Everyone else is good. Did a 25% water change on Wednesday.

Something stressed it out. I would just leave it alone unless you find symptoms of it being sick or visible signs of parasites.
