What's wrong with this guy cloudy eyes lethargic looks like bubbles over eyes as well checked water parameters were off a little did water change levels good my ac did go out yesterday and water temps made it up to 83 degrees cooled it with ice in bags just dont know new to salt please help

Did you qt him? Looks like he could have a bacteria infection. You will need to move him to a hospital qt and treat. I would use a general type antibiotic like kanaplex with metronidazole. @Humblefish

I dont have a Qt he is the only fish in tank but thanks I'll have to run and grab some

I would FW dip first to check for flukes in the eyes: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/freshwater-dip.248898/

If no flukes show, treat for a bacterial infection: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/bacterial-infections.191511/

Little guy didn't make it was gone by the time I got home with the meds but thanks I didn't know a fw dip was possible thanks for the info I'm sure I'll use it someday
