I can’t stand it anymore! My ATK sends me constant notifications at all hours of the day. Like sometimes 6 in a row at 3 am! How do I stop this?

Is something making your water line that is resting on the low water line sensor fluctuate up and down? Is water turbulent in your Sump?

Here is mine...

It’s on the return area of my sump and it’s not turbulent. After much tweaking I got the ATK to work and the water stays stable at my set point. Is it’s Apex way of telling me it’s working? Cause I can’t stand the constant notifications

Unless your sensors are dirty, which I doubt, (salt builds crust on sensor and closes it)... Sounds like this is a new ATK, those alarms were going off because those “If” statements were becoming true. Something may have been raising and lowering your water line that sits on the low sensor.

Is your ATO reservoir water level higher than your sump water level? And are you using the anti-siphon valve that came w/ATK?

It is not. It’s about 1/2” lower than my center chamber.

yes the anti siphon is on per the directions.

Send in a support ticket and let them know what is going on.

Turn that off, or change the configuration to remove any ATK related "IF then ON" statements in the text alarm outlet.

I personally leave it off. The only reason I would use a text alarm is for anything I would need to leave work early for. Like temperature below 75 degrees or a floor leak sensor.

Nada solutions?

I had a similar issue a couple years ago when the ATK first came out and I moved the return line from the ATK holder to another chamber. The pump flow was causing turbulence triggering alarms. You do lose the redundancy of the float shut off.
My ATK return(s) are in the center/skimmer sections of both of my sump(s).
