So I had 5 fish before I went on vacation now I only have one. I thought I had ich. Might have been velvet since 4 died while I was away. I have one green chromosome that is alive and seems to be doing good. I’m going to set up a quarantine tank for him and future fish while my tank goes through the 76 fishless cycle. I have a cleaner shrimp emerald crab and various snails and hermits. How do I feed these guys during the fishless cycle and do I feed my corals? I am having some algae issues but it’s getting better so I want to make sure I don’t do anything to make that problem worse.

Yes, you'll want to feed the tank while its fishless. Not needed as often as with fish, once to twice a week.

Also should I run the skimmer? Right now I only run at night due to the light bio load.
When I went fallow, I continued to run the tank like normal (with exception to feeding frequency)

When you feed during the fallow period is it ok to still feed frozen mysis and brine shrimp or should you only feed things like reef roids and maybe some nori for the snails? I just don't want to introduce anything that could still feed the velvet parasite.
