Being honest, I'm one who has always thought of doing water testing, water changes, etc. as chores vs liking to tinker as some do. Over the years have had a battle keeping water quality good enough for even moderately difficult corals and never been able to have fish I really wanted. I just can't justify another few hundred $ for Apex or other automated equipment & not a tech geek. So, I decided why fight it? I'm going to focus more on fish & not have to worry if they might nip on corals. I have a few softies/LPS left in my 240g. A new phase. Anyone else doing the same?
