Going minimalistic lets see yours (or transformations)

I’ve always loved sps tanks with minimalistic aquascapes with large stag/table colonies. Always felt it’s far more natural in appearance and truly looks like a natural reef. I had some problems with my current tank and the sand needed to go it had turned on me. I took the opportunity to go minimalist and use my collections requirements guide my aquascaping. Vs setting up a tank with no livestock which has less purpose rarely works out for the long term as corals are acquire and grow. My goals were to do this with the intention with forward consideration of growth, reducing shading, displaying the corals for for viewing, and generating strong random flow (or having the ability to do this uniformly). Not completely finalized, but once stuff heals up I’ll adjust the large rock the Walt Disney’s on and get it all perfect! Excited to see what you’ve created please share picture and if you have before/after that would be awesome!

Thanks appreciate the kind words a it’s been a rough road with this one. I like collect what hot and new, but the rack drives me insane I’m more tank full of mature colonies vs. tank full frags type of guy. My goal long term is to really only see coral the appearance that it’a almost just floating. I’m really enjoying creating some awesome water flow with the tank more open definitely something that was hard to do before since my tanks 18” tall. The t5 led’s mix way better my color have already improved I’m excited! I’m finally going to mount the pink Cadillac, pc Superman, backdraft table, garf, both of maleficents, and heartbreaker! Once I move in October I going to another frag system for broodstock/grow sps to help keep DT clean. I’ll take some better pictures the ones I posted are Awful lol

I hate that thing it’s for sale just waiting for a serious buy then with that $ I’m buying 3 more of the jebao’s. It’s circulatory mode at 0 2-4 seconds and 100% 4-6 second. Essentially it just ramps up and down all day making hideous noise.

The jebao is running w2 100% rapid pulse/or ELS mode 100% I constantly dick around with that thing but I love it.

6 bulb Ati Sunpower and sbreef actinic sbar.

Mines not impressive, yet, as its only 2.5 months old. I went with minimal scape in this 120.
2 ow-25's and 2 6095's on pulse mode. 5 minutes on the 6095 and 10 on the 0w-25. Nice random type flow.
Ati 6 bulb 3B+ 3C+.
