Gold Nugget Clownfish - Noticeable mark

I have a gold nugget and lightning maroon clownfish for a month now. I notice that lightning marron started scratching gills area to rock and sand( But no noticeable ich on the body).
Today I see a mark on my Gold nugget clownfish(Left top above gills) Also, I notice a small white dot on its fin. I am not sure if that is a symptom of any parasite. As it is hosting anemone I don't see it scratching to rock. Any experienced hobbyist please suggest is that need to be considered as any ick?

I read a few articles about Gold nugget sensitivity to copper, if I have to treat them will copper power be safe?
