Central valley. Local Petco has some but just wanted to see if anyone has some with different specks on their cheeks. Want my pick of the litter before I keep one long term. I am also going that route for pairing. Wanting the gold nugget to be a female and the lightning to be a male. Any pics of your pair?

I'll have to take some recent ones. The nugget is the female from what I can tell. She is quite large compared to the lightning.

They have done pretty much their own thing for a almost a year but now I believe are starting to pair up now.

They paid each other no mind for the longest. Now are always close together. They do a bit of the dance but no aggression from what I have seen.

Now if only they would find my BTA. Over the gold nugget digging up the back of my tank lol
