Gold torch help!

I have this gold torch about a week now. Its showing skeleton little by little since day 4. How can I save this torch please. Btw today I just took it out and dip it with Medicoral (Brightwell Aquatics) for 5 mins and nothing came out. My tank is nearly 2 yrs old. Here is my water parameters

When the light is off
 
Maybe too much light and Water movement. My torch is on the bottom of my tank. Try moving it a bit and see what the results are.
 
They tend to be medium to lower flow and medium lighting. I would suggest moving it to a place in your tank that is sheltered from the majority of the flow, and to allow it to acclimate to your lighting, I'd place several layers of window screen (like 4-6" squares) on whatever you use as a top to create a shadow for it. Over the next couple weeks, you can remove a layer every few days to slowly give it more light.
