Golden Medusa Acro...does anyone have one?

I received a Golden Medusa frag today and it’s not golden at all but more purple. Is this normal and color changes?

Never heard of it. Most likely just some random named farmed piece. Where did you buy if from?

Was an impulse buy lol first time from them. I liked the colors

I have one. Looks just like in the picture . Very golden hue, blue tips. It looks good.

Do you have enough light ? Your pic looks shaded / low light.

I just got it today so that was bottoms of tank and not full light

Mine is mid tank heavy light.

Give it time to colour up. I have bought many browned out acro frags from the bargain section at the LFS and watched them change into all kinds of colours. I have a green one turning purple right now (at least the tips), and a red one that tuned completely a blue/green colour. Let it aclimate though, don’t go blasting it with light on day 1.
