Ca 380 Mg 1200 Phos 0,08 Nitrate 6 Kh 8,5 PH 8,2We need more information, tank parameters lighting schedule and intensity and how much flow are they getting
7-8 years oldHow old is the tank, can we also see a full tank short
Do you have some lugol’s dip? Usually iodine helps tremendously when euphyllia are starting to look like this. If you have other corals and they’re doing fine I suspect this coral might have a hitchhiker irritating them.Looks like it has given up…
The Other euphylliaCalcium’s a little low, try to keep it at 400-420, Mag could be higher too 1300.
did you dip the coral? How was your acclimation process? How old is the system? Is there other euphyllia in the tank?

It was medium flowPhos is a little high imo, calcium would be better near 400-450. How was the flow where it was at ?
This doesn’t have iodine. I would try to get your hands on a iodine only dip because I’ve gone through this several times and 9/10 times the dip had brought back the euphyllia and helps the receding tissue/polypsThis is what i have
