Goni grwoth

My pink goni is constantly growing new shoots. I have a bare bottom tank, will this encrust?

Suggestions on what I should do? do I need to place it on a rock?

I wish I had a better pic for you, but the lights are off. The anemone in the back are blue and red base ritteri's.

nice, if growing that good trying to melt on bottom,would try some thin chips of rubble to let grow on,without moving from current spot
