Hey guys... I have had this goniapora in my tank for a couple weeks... hes been looking fine until the past couple days.

He is in the back right... all closed up. Recently we have been doing 30% water changes every other day in an effort to deal with high nitrates, which have been going down :) . Is my goniapora going to be ok? Does anything have to be done?

Thanks guys!

I don't really see where I'm supposed to be looking for the coral, but that can be a tough coral to keep. This isn't really a "nutrition" question per-say, you keep posting coral problems here. Try using the specific coral type forums, or maybe even just reef aquarium discussion or new to hobby, you'll get far more eyes on.

Oh sorry.. my mistake

Goniopora are fairly easy to keep. You have it on sandbed which when sand lands on it, and upsets it. At least lower 3rd of tank in moderate lighting and flow feeding is a must.
