Goniopora Stutchbury placement

I have a yellow and red goniopora stutchburyi that I cannot really seem to get to extend. I know they do not extend far, but this coral doesn’t seem to want to open. I have tried low light and low flow, low light and mod flow and mod light and mod flow. Anyone tell me where this really belongs? I have seen so many different articles as to placement. Thanks
