Awesome, thanks!!I have a red goni (bit more difficult) and it loves high flow. I have it on my sand bed but it's also receiving what I would call a moderate amount of light. I don't directly feed mine, although I reccomended you do. You can feed cyclops, tiny pieces of meaty foods, the leftover frozen food juices, bottled/ cultured phytoplankton, or rotifers
Beautiful! !Medium light, low flow.
I have mine set mid way in the tank and under my gyres on the end of the tank.

They are not tolerable of a wide range of flows. They need low flow. With high flow they will begin to keep their polyps retracted. Without extended polyps, they won't be able to eat particulate matter, nor get enough light for photosynthesis. They will starve to death.Sounds like they are pretty tolerable to a wide range of flow.

They can be a little temperamental when first in the tank, but once they get comfortable the grow. Make sure there is some room, goni's sting everything around them.Beautiful! !
Very niceI have found Red Goniopora much more forgiving than the green varieties. I keep mine in moderately high flow at the bottom of the tank under AI Hydra LEDs, I never directly feed it but I do encourage feedings. I have had this piece for over 2 years, it was a tiny nub from LA, ORA section.
