I'm not having no luck with my goniopora they was fine at first but have been sulking now for months, I have tried moving them around the tank but nothing is working for me, anybody else having similar problems or have any advice for me?

You don't have a lot of specifics in your question so i'll just try to answer some generalities for Gonipora.
In order of importance:
1. Stability - if your start date here is similar to the time you got your tank started then chances are your tank is not fully biologically stable. The first 18 months are a bit of a bumpy ride.
2. Flow - Gonis like medium, chaotic flow. Not blasting from one side and not so gentle they barely move. Flow is what allows them to pick up nutrients from the water.
3. Light - I've had some that like strong lighting suited for SPS coral and some that do well on the frag rack where the light isn't strong at all. Mine have definitely been happier is some spots than others.
Otherwise, keep your refractometer calibrated as lower/higher than necessary salinity will tick them off and it doesn't hurt to get into the habit of using test kits so you know where your water is sitting. It doesn't take long for parameters to slip

Tank is pretty stable mate been going for over a year but had a different tank previous to that for over a year aswell, I'm having no problems with any of my torches or hammers and have recently started on some sps, tank parameters are all pretty good except for slightly high nitrates, did recently lose a couple of frogspawns though not sure if they are related though

I’ve had zero luck with goniopora as well.
They do great at first, then just shrink in my 7 year system.

Several times. Like elegance, here today, gonio tomorrow.
