Not sure if there is anybody left that would remember me, but I'm back. My health issues caused me to stop and then finances and other issues kept me out. Well, I have a man cave of sorts and I plan on setting up the 33 long as well as the 225. None of this is gonna happen till the spring, but I figured I'd better start getting re-familiarized with the hobby jargon again. I'm sure lots has changed in a couple of years.

Welcome back! Look forward to lots of pictures!

Maybe I can start a build thread with pics of all my nice shiny new equipment that is now probably quite outdated! LOL I was about to start a build thread like that last time, but a stay in the hospital stopped me. I was in a bad way for a while and just sorta tabled the reeftank hobby until it eventually just wasn't a priority for me anymore. I do look forward to getting back in though. My system is designed to be shallow with high flow and lots of light. I plan on doing mostly SPS with a shady spot for a zoa garden. Perhaps a soft coral here or there if good locations present themselves.

Oh, it definitely still runs! Most of it is brand new in the box. I was running a 5 gal nano and acquiring all the equipment to do a 33 long. I was almost ready to put it all together. I really only need to finish my sump and wire the lights to get the tank operational. However, I also still need to get new RO membranes so I can get all that Marco rock soaking. I'll be needing a stand too, but building a new stand will be fun, as I really enjoy woodworking.
