I've had my tank for about 1yr and a half I use to add biodigest bioptim stronti from probidio but its being discontinued. Can someone recommend and good bacteria to dose please

Do you have a specific goal or outcome you're shooting for with dosing the bacteria or are you looking for any commercial bacterial products people seem to endorse?

Many, if not most of us, do not think adding bacteria regularly is particularly useful, so it might help us to know what you are actually wanting that product to accomplish. Just going by what a bacteria seller claims would not seem, IMO, to be a good plan.

Your right I've used it since the beginning of the tank set up till now but I'm just gonna run it as is I add the red sea trace elements for color and acropower I'm just want to maintain the nice colors and good growth in my tank

Bacteria in a bottle is an oxymoron. I'm waiting for them to start selling dehydrated water in a bottle.

I've only been in the reefing hobby about 2yrs so I just ask if I'm not sure about something

And that is the right thing to do, for you and the animals that you keep.

Once appropriate bacteria are introduced into a system, it's quite difficult for them to become extinct. As long as there is no major catastrophe or 'chemical bomb' added to the aquarium that can seriously effect the microbial balance, the bacteria/archaea community will keep on going...and going. So no need to keep adding more.

As reef keepers, we just need to give them a suitable place to live (live rock, live sand, etc.) and normal reef conditions and they will do their thing :)

That's a great plan and is why these forums exist. :)
