I'm looking for a book that has tons of pictures of corals and there real/common names.
Ideally facts about each as well?

Being new I'm at a loss when people start talking about specific corals
Without using pics? I'd like something to get me up to speed and plan my tank.

What I've found on amazon so far is mire the biology of corals or reefs

Thanks Mike.

Corals of the World, J.E.N Veron are the single and over the top best choice for coral ID books (they come in a set of 3). They have thousands and thousands of pictures, descriptions, and everything imaginable about so many species of coral. They even have close up pics of the bare skeleton to show minute differences between species. I have this set so take it from me, it's the only way to go. Unfortunately they are out of print now so they have become extremely expensive as you can see on amazon. I suggest checking ebay periodically and/or looking for a used set for sale locally.

I love my Corals of the World! Can't believe how much they go for now.
