Good budget LED for 4 breeder with SPS/Polyps? Had a ReefBreeders value fixture on my 46Bow and 54 Corner with great results. 1 of 2 went out but only ran 1 so wasn't worried. Long story short tossed one and sold one with my custom canopy.

Looking to keep mostly sps/coral frags, nothing to wild. Mostly for my kids *winkwink lol. A led strip (if any good ones) or value style or Evergrow 120 style. I could build another canopy I suppose. Which it was a better tank, hard with 36"-18"-16" deep.

Anyone run 1 value style or evergrow on a 40B? Lighted both tanks awesome, 46 bow same width at 36".

The 300w aka 30 and 32in black boxes are the go to. Low budget lamp.
I'm am sbreeflights fan. Many use the mars aqua.

The kids will like the built in timer with the ramping model

Thanks you recommend the ones you mentioned over the current USA orbit marine $135? Any links would be awesome of ones you recommended.

That model is likely to not have the lenses to make it poerfull enough to do much. The manufacture actually Reccomend two for that size tank and it's not gong to do acros or clams. The newer ones the lensed pro model has more poop to it. Also more $$ to it. Myself , I'd really look used first and poke around for the best deal new. But the safe and low budget is still the bb.

2 16's is the same price as the 30 32 300w

Thanks!! Did you have a canopy or use the legs? Any pics of what it looked like on tank?

Wish i still had pics of it. Due to life i am down to a nuvo 20 atm :(. but i just made bracket to hold them both and used the legs on end. They have a facebook group. Just noticed my avatar pic is my old cardiff.... miss that first salt tank.
