Good crab/ bad crab?

Hi, I knew that i have a crab in the aquarium since i bought the live rock, the guy at LFS told me to kill it, but i was iposible...hiding all the time.
Today i guess hi just molted

so anyone know what kind of crab is this and if its a danger for my fish and corals?

Yep this is bad news. But why is hi bad?
And i got him on camera after hi molted

Thanks Shep! I will try to get rid of it! But its not easy to grab him from small holes...

is there fish in the tank ?? if not don't feed your tank for a couple of days and use an inverted bottle and put some frozen mysis in there just before lights out by his rock. He will slip in for the food and you can just grab the bottle out
