Good crab or bad crab?

We could use any help offered to determine if this live rock hitchhiker crab is a good one to keep in our tank, or one that should be discarded due to possible harm for other tank life. He has lovely markings, but sharp-looking claws. If you need a better/clearer photo, let me know and I can remove the detritus around him. Hmmm... Thanks in advance!

If the crab is female and has egges and you put it in the sump, what are the odds of the eggs/newborn crabs getting in the DT , or fouling s pump impeller,?
