Good deal..... Or no Deal?

Hi, This is my first post. I've got a tank for sale near me. I've been out of the hobby for over 10 years. A lot has changed The tank is in Craigslist. Here are some details and some of the photos. It looks very neglected I have nothing to keep the corals and rock alive except to bring containers and take 50 or so gallons of the tanks water with me until I get it up and going. About 2 days max. I want to clean up the rocks and dip. What do you think? Any other ideas? Thanks Michael
