Good Hang-On-Back Power Filter?

Hello all, I have a question regarding HOB Power Filters, and yes, I know a skimmer would work much better, but I am starting a budget aquarium and I plan on keeping a light bioload.
Anyway, do any of you know of a powerful HOB power filter/filter brand for a marine aquarium? The tank is in the 26-31 gallon range (not quite sure), and the filter I had broke after testing it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

You have any interest in a combo unit like a CPR Bakpak? They are neither the best skimmer nor the best filter, but they are decent at both.
