When I was trying to fall asleep last night an idea popped into my head so here it goes looking of input. A Little info I have a Biocube 32 do not run a skimmer have a little GHA in the tank as of right now added Mexican Turbo snails to try and clear it up .
So the Idea
Put an air stone in the 1st chamber to kinda of act like a skimmer of sorts .
My questions
Will this mess up water params ?
Will it concentrate contaminates and end up being more harm then good and possible cause tank crash or bigger algae issues ?
Will it add more Oxygen to the water ?
Will this just create more tank maintenance then its worth ?
I know this will cause some salt creep on the inside of the lid and make me change floss more then every 2 days .
