Does anyone know of an ATO that I can put on my tank? I don’t have a sump and the tank is rimmed, so I also don’t want the water level to go below the rim if that makes sense

Thanks!

I have a tunze nano on one, and a kamoer smart one on another, and both work fine in my rimmed tanks, no sumps. The kamoer smart one is about $50 cheaper than the tunze and works surprisingly well. I would recommend either anytime

Could I see a pic of where the water line is at? Or does the water line stay hidden by the rim

the pics are below, tunze is the first pic and Kamoer is the second. Due to the magnet mount, the water line is slightly below the water line. The lip of the rim can be cut, I’ve done it on other tanks, which will let you hang the mount higher, there are videos on YouTube. But it hasn’t bothered me on these tanks so no need to risk it

I think I’m going to go with the Tunze. I’ve heard great things and it has a built in fail safe which is an added bonus

The original JBJ ato with an aqua lifter is my all time favorite. Super accurate and never stop working. But they also sell the old controller and float switch's with a newer small dc pump for like $110.
