Hey everyone! Hope all are having a great weekend and just wanted to get some opinions/suggestions on my lighting and what you guys would do, also curious to know some peeps lighting schedules.

My orbit marine ic led comes on at 7am and I usually just use this light for sunrise/sunset, than around 10ish my two-bulb light comes on, than around 1ish my 4 bulb HO t5 light comes on for a couple hours, and only have two bulbs in it, than backwards on down until bedtime around 10ish....I've gotten some good growth out of some corals, but was curious to know if this sounds like an ok schedule and if there's any opinions or pointers someone could throw my way if any!

I mainly have palys and zoas, but also have a duncan, GPS, mushrooms, RBT anemone, branching frogspawn, one stylophora (only sps I have), 2 clowns, 1 yellow tang, 1 midas blenny and a yellow watchman goby pistol shrimp pair...

bump means putting in a new comment to move the post back higher on the page so more folk will see it. Instead of typing a long post like me, the single work does the same thing. He's trying to get your post noticed <g>

Oh ok. Thanks! For some reason I was thinking bump meant its a question or post asked too much and you can get that info on the website of you look. But ok cool that's good lol. Yeah I have only had a two bulb 55 coralife fixture and a 4 bulb HO wavepoint fixture that I have always ran. I was fortunate to have just won a current USA ic led light with a wave pump and all the bells and whistles!! I've been using the new led light a little incorporated in the day and the blues and a hint of red at night, but the corals seem to like the t5s some of the time, than the led some of the time, weird, but trying to get the lighting down and hear from other people to see if there's anything I could try

I'll share, straight LEDs. Remote Key 3 4-16-18.png

I recently moved to Current IC Pro and my lights come on at noon, 90 mins sunrise and start sunset at 2100 with 90 min sunset and going off at 2230, refugium light comes on at 2230 and goes off at noon the next day.
since the setup is quite recent, I don't have any major updates, parameters look quite stable so far and have good extensions from the corals.

A lot of you guys use led only, any good experience with t5s @ all ? Can you guys share some pics of your tank/corals?

I had t5's in my red sea all in one and had good growth and tank seemed to do well. Switched to leds when thee t5's failed. Leds cheaper in the long run and much cooler in teh summer.

I use the reds mostly for the coloration look. I guess most people don't bother with it as it does tend to help unwanted algae grow. But between the chaeto in the refugium and my 5 fat bulldozing turbo snails, I don't have much problem in the D.T.

Lol gotta love those snails! I use the led mainly at night for the blues and about 10% red just got better colors also! Also, I've had a turbo snail and a trochius snail i guess give birth you would call it and have tons of little tiny baby snails everywhere!!! The turbo baby's are about a dime size now but the trochus snails just happened and are tiny.....anyways, back to the lighting...i'm not sure if it's the LEDS or if I've done something different but the past few days every single polyp almost on every one of my zoas And palys are closed....o dunno what's going on now really.....just the last few weeks I've had so much growth from them all, and now all of them are closed and just have looked mad lol...the only thing I've done different is, I ran out of red sea reef energy and started using fuel. The energy have me some algae and I've had better growth with fuel, but now this.....any idea on what I'm doing or what it could be? Everything just seemed to have stopped growing
