Well, today marks 19 years married to my lovely Wife Angela. Unfortunately, she has to travel to New Orleans this afternoon but will be back Friday morning.
No rain today so lots of mowing should get done here.
Saturday will be a busy day. LFS and reptile store in the morning, getting new tires put on the Escape in the afternoon and then a nice dinner out.

Did ya know they can transmit leprosy to you?;BookwormGood Morning everyone. Coffee is finally on. Was out in the yard this morning and the dogs were barking at the front door non-stop. We had a visitor. Poor armadillos are so dumb. He was just sitting there five feet away the whole time not even noticing. They can't really see or hear very well. If you move slowly, you can often walk up and touch them. They feel like rubber.
Never lick your hand afterwards.

You learn something new every day. Apparently, 2 of the 5% people played with 1 of the 15% infected armadillos last year in Florida. Somehow they managed to get the armadillo saliva in their mouth to get it. I don't even want to know how that happened! Today's lesson - never lick an armadillo!Hate to be one of the 5% playing with an armadillo.
